PhD Student Suman Majumder has won the 2020 ASA-ENVR Student Paper Competition! His paper is entitled Statistical downscaling with spatial misalignment: Application to wildland fire PM2.5 concentration forecasting and is joint work with Yawen Guan, Susan O’Neill, Brian Reich and Ana Rappold. He will present this paper and accept the award at JSM in Philadelphia in August, 2020.
